New CMO and CTO among Senior Moves for Radius
September 30 2025
In New York, full service firm Radius Insights has announced a number of appointments expanding its executive leadership team, including Kristen Kalupski as CMO and Jay Shutter as CTO. Radius says they continue the transformation which has recently seen Rob Wengel appointed as Chief Exec.

Kalupski (pictured above) joins with more than twenty years’ marketing experience driving brand, engagement and growth for global technology and services firms including NucleusTeq, IDX, and earlier iCrossing where she worked for more than a decade. In her new role she will lead brand strategy, integrated marketing and communications.
Shutter (pictured below) joined with the acquisition of Illuminas, of which he was CEO, and will now serve as Radius’ Chief Technology Officer, leading areas including research operations, platform enablement, and business process improvement. Shutter was MD of Momentum Research Group, acquired by Citigate DVL Smith in 2003 – as a result he joined Incepta, rebranded as Illuminas in 2006, and later became the firm’s US CEO.
Radius has also appointed Paul Donagher as Head of Client Growth, to focus on integrating client delivery and commercial growth, unlocking new opportunities across sectors through scalable, insight-led programs; and promoted Illuminas co-founder and longstanding leader Carrie Angiolet to serve as Head of Illuminas, US.
‘We’re shaping a next-generation insights firm, one that’s built to help our clients lead through change,’ says Wengel. ‘This leadership expansion reflects our commitment to outcomes-based research that’s tightly aligned with client priorities. By bringing together top talent across marketing, technology, and commercial strategy, we’re accelerating our ability to deliver on the full promise of our Brand Growth Navigator.’
